My lettering journey started at the age of 5 when my parents put me in a calligraphy class. Since then, I've been captivated by the intricacies of letterforms and the artistry involved in evoking diverse emotions through them.

Having been born in Japan and lived in various countries, my work is inspired by different languages I hear and speak in my daily life. Constantly being home away from home has shaped me as a person who embraces optimism and values the simple things in life - I take pride in my ability to master the art of doing absolutely nothing during holidays!

This appreciation for simplicity is also reflected in my work, characterised by a style that is both minimalistic and harmonious. My earnest desire is for my creations to serve as a source of inspiration, fostering optimism and instilling a sense of tranquility within you.
