The legal retraction period is 14 days upon receipt of the parcel. During this period of 14 days, you can ask for a full refund of your order.

Items returned must be in a re-sellable condition unless they arrived faulty. Returned items must have no visible signs of use. Items that do will not be eligible for refunds. 

The shipping cost for the return needs to be at your own expense.
